- If the key is left in the following areas and you leave the vehicle,
the doors may be locked depending on the radio wave conditions even if the key
is left in the vehicle.
- Around the dashboard
- In the storage compartments such as the glove compartment or the center console
- On the rear parcel shelf
- Next to a communication device such as a mobile phone
Operational Range
The system operates only when the driver is in the vehicle or within operational
range while the key is being carried.

THERMOSTAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove the plug hole plate.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Drain the engine coolant. (See COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE WARNINGS.)
4. Remove the drive belt. (See DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT.)
5. Remove the washer tank.
6. Remove the P/S oil pump.
