Mazda 6 Service Manual: A/c unit disassembly/assembly

1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.




Evaporator Temperature Sensor Assembly Note

Assemble the evaporator temperature sensor as shown in the figure.



Sensor Clamp Assembly Note

Attach the sensor clamp as shown in the figure.


Expansion Valve Assembly Note

Attach the insulator as shown in the figure.


Outlet Pipe Assembly Note

Wrap the insulator around the outlet pipe as shown in the figure.
