Mazda 6 Service Manual: Headlight bulb removal/installation

Low-beam

Halogen type

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the front combination light. (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION)

3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.



Caution

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Headlight bulb removal note

1. Release the bulb pressing wire to remove the headlight bulb.

Discharge type

Caution

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the front combination light. (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION)

3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.



Caution

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

High-beam

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.



Caution

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
